How We Roll


Rolling, especially rolling forward, is the first big challenge most aikido students face. Some students learn to roll naturally and easily, but it is the ones who have difficulty rolling who teach instructors the most. These videos present some of what we have learned through teaching beginners and correcting rolling faults in more experienced students.
